Help support small local business by celebrating "Shop Local Baker!" There are four ways you can get involved in the Shop Local Baker! Campaign presented by the Local Business Council via the Baker County Chamber of Commerce.
1. Be a shopper! - This is the most important thing you can do. Support local businesses by shopping in the stores. You will be able to buy vouchers throught the Chamber for participating locations which is better than a gift card because the businesses are not charged a fee and the vouchers can be used at several different locations.
2. Be a participating location! - If you own a business located inside Baker County you can sign up for free to become a participating location. These locations are given raffle tickets to distribute to shoppers. If there are tickets remaining before the big event those locations are promoted until all the raffle tickets are given away. These businesses also get a marketing kit and may be including in some promotional work the Chamber does after the event. 3. Be a vendor! - We are going to have vendor booths for shoppers to come visit on December 5th, 2020. These booths will also be given some raffle tickets to encourage shoppers to visit each one. We are also having a scavenger hunt since CDC recommendations will have these booths spread out. 4. Be a sponsor! - Our sponsors are what makes the whole event possible. We will promote these sponsors by putting their ads on posters seen at each location, announcing the sponsors before each raffle drawing, promoting the sponsors on Facebook, among other things yet to be announced!
